☞ How to adjust pressure on Laminating Roller
Pressure on Laminating Roller can be adjusted by Pressure Controller and its pressure is displayed on the pressure gauge.
Pull the controller to adjust pressure level and press it after adjustment is done.
Turn the knob to the right to increase its roller pressure and
Turn it to the left to decrease its pressure.
NOTE : Films / Substrates conditions requires adjustment of the roller pressure.
Max. Pressure is less than 0.6MPa(6㎏/㎠).
☞ How to adjust Decurling Value
It is natural thing to have the curled laminated results after lamination.
This is not caused by the trouble in the Laminator.
Decurling Device is to avoid the Curling on the Laminated Results after single side lamination.
Adjust the Decurling Status with the Handle as the Pictures.
Rotate the Handle to the Right to increase the Decurling Value and rotate it to the left to decrease it.

NOTE : Adjust the Decurler Angle for Substrates Thickness and its Materials.
