Symptoms Cause of Trouble & Troubleshooting
Feeding Area Feeding Table is not moved 1. If the feeder is not at origin point,
upward. -> Press "FEEDER HOME" to make the feeder at origin point.
2. If Emergency Stop is activated,
-> E-stop status is released, the system is operated in normal.
Process the above No. 1.
Substrates are not fed. 1. Position of PICK UP CUP is too far from substrate.
-> As the left picture, rotate the feeder height adjustment knob to the right
to move upward the feeder and move the feeding table upward.
Recommendable distance between pick up cup and
substrate top is 20mm.
2. If vacuum pump is defective.
-> Replace the vacuum pump. Contact to a supplier.
3. Phase of Input Voltage of Vacuum Pump is reversed and pump is operated reversely,
-> Make the phase back to normal. Stop operation and contact to a supplier.
4. If substrate is curled downward too much,
-> As the right picture, make substrate in same level with wedge type
wooden piece.
5. If pressure for separator at Feeder is too high or pressed area is too big.
6. Rear Guide is too close to substrates.
7. Air amount from BLAST FOOT is small.
