To display Alarm for Burst Motor Drive
If input/output voltage is not be at the Motor Drive or encoder for motor control is defective, LAMI DRIVE ALARM is occurred.
While this alarm is cured, if the RUN button is pressed, the alarm message is displayed for 3 secs.
To release from alarm, press STOP button for 1 sec on SUB2 Mode.
To display Alarm for Feeder Motor Drive
If an overload on the Motor, the alarm is occurred. Please check the drive status.
While this alarm is cured, if the RUN button is pressed, the alarm message is displayed for 3 secs.
To release from alarm, press STOP button for 1 sec on SUB2 Mode.
To display Alarm for Table Motor Drive
If an overload on the Motor, the alarm is occurred. Please check the drive status.
While this alarm is cured, if the RUN button is pressed, the alarm message is displayed for 3 secs.
To release from alarm, press STOP button for 1 sec on SUB2 Mode.
To display Error for TBL UP LIMIT DETECT
When the Table Up limit S/W is ON, if RUN button is pressed, the alarm message is displayed for 3 secs.
Please check the Feeder Table Up Limit S/W.
To display Error for LAMI EMS & COVER OPEN
When the Laminator is in emergency stop and Safety cover is opened, if RUN button is pressed, the alarm message is
displayed for 3 secs.
Please check "E-stop S/W", "Safety Cover" and "Burst Safety Cover".
To display Error for Feeder E-Stop
When the Feeder E-Stop button is pressed, if RUN button is pressed, the alarm message is displayed for 3 secs.
Please check Feeder E-Stop S/W.
To display Error for Feeder Origin Point
When the feeder is not at origin point, if RUN button is pressed, the alarm message is displayed for 3 secs.
Please press "FEEDER HOME" button on CONTROL PANEL to position the feeder motor at origin point.
