How to use the Main Devices
☞ Structure of Film Shaft
1. Film Shaft : To load the Laminating Roll Film.
2. Film Shaft Holder Fixing Pin : To avoid the movement of Film Shaft Support
3. Film Shaft Holder : To fix the Film Shaft to avoid movement of Film Shaft
4. Film Core : To fix the Laminating Roll Film
☞Film Loading
Film width has to be smaller than the Substrate's by 5~10mm.
1. Remove the Film Shaft Holder Fixing Pin.
2. Pull the Film Shaft Holder.
3. Load / Remove the Film Roll to / from the Film Shaft.
- Pull the Film Fixing Ring out from the Film Core and Load the Film Roll.
- After adjustment of film position, tighten up the Film Core Fixing Bolt.(Use the 5mm Wrench that is packed in the machine.)
4. Close the Film Shaft Holder and fix it with Fixing Pin.
WARNING : Film Roll is heavy, then more than 2 persons are required for film roll loading. Otherwise, this could be a cause of injury.
