How to use the Main Devices
① - SEPARATOR
To prevent pick more than 2 sheets for feeding and
to prevent twist the sheets by blower.
Install it as the right picture and recommendable pressed area is 5mm.
② - BLOWER
To provide air in-between the sheets to make easy to separate
the sheets for feeding.
NOTE : The separator & the blower position are adjustable as the
right picture. If the separator pressure would be too high,
this could be a cause of feeding error.
③ - BLAST FOOT
To blow air between picked sheet and stacked sheets to make easy
to feed sheet to the feeding wheel.
Adjust the feeder position and install it as the right picture.
Recommendable pressed area is 7~8mm.
④ - REAR GUIDE
To prevent sheets move backward in feeding process.
⑤ - PICK UP CUP
To pick up a sheet to ready for feeding.
Recommendable sheet pick-up height is 20mm.
