8.22 CIS Power Board
Detaching the CIS power board
(1) Detach the top cover and the shield cover (see Sections 8.1 and 8.6).

(2) Disconnect all the connectors on the CIS power board and remove the six M3L6 binding head screws
holding the CIS power board.

(3) Detach the CIS power board from the unit.
