Crane Setup for Items 76, 77, 78: Crane to be set up on firm level surface with fully extended outriggers and 40,000 lbs
counterweight installed. Ensure the crane is level. Boom must be directly over the front and the house lock engaged. Set
boom angle at zero degrees. No load is permitted on the boom. The weight of the hookblock, overhaul ball and rigging must
not be supported by the boom. Do not extend the boom until the weight of these components is totally removed from the
boom.
