Checkliste
1. Control of any reinforcements, gear
 check that the reinforcement/gearing is securely
fastened
 that isolation surrounding the reinforcement/gearing is
placed to ensure the greatest possible isolation
 the reinforcement/gearing has been carried out by
another contractor
 see comments
2. Control of brackets and plastic plugs
 that all end stops are tightened
 that all fittings are tightened
 that plastic stoppers are fitted on all visible nuts.
 that locking pin is in place and locks the end stop

3. Check that the rail systems are clean
and fully functional
 that there are no chips or other building waste inside the
rail system
 that the travelling trolley moves silently in the rail system
 that the travelling trolley moves with a low power
consumption

4. Control of switch tracks, Combi-lock
and turntable (if fitted)
 that the switch track is fully functional and that the
tongue does not touch other components
 that the Combi-lock is fully functional and that the
spring retracts automatically
 that there is no dust or foreign bodies in the rails with
safety locks. Clean with compressed air, if necessary
– after the building, rebuilding etc. is finished.
 that the turntable is fully functional
5. Weight test
 the rail system has been tested for ________ kg
(incl. a safety factor of 1.5)
 that the rail system did not give during the weight test
 that the rail system is still level following weight testing
 that the rail system has been labelled with a completed
installer’s label

6. Test of ceiling hoist and drive motor
 that the ceiling hoist has been tested and is fully
functional
 that the drive motor has been tested and is fully
functional
the emergency lowering cord should be cut off so
that it is 1.9 m/6’3” above the floor.

7. Test of charging station, charging liners
and remote control (if used)
 that the ceiling hoist charges when the ceiling hoist is
placed in the charging station (light or sound signal)
 that the ceiling hoist is charged in the charging liners
 that the remote control has been tested and is fully
functional

8. Before leaving the assembly site
 collect or remove all installation waste
 if there are comments, write these down and inform
the owner/customer

The quality control has been prepared in two signed
copies, one of which is submitted to the owner/customer,
the other to the service and installation department at
Guldmann.
