Housing External shield
The Ethernet interfaces of the MC 6xxx comply with the requirements of PELV ("low voltage
electrical separation") according to EN 61800-5-1 and are powered internally by 24 V NC.
All devices connected to these Ethernet interfaces must comply with the requirements of SELV
or PELV according to EN 61800-5-1.
