Safety notations
In this document, the severity levels of risk and hazard are classied
as follows.
DANGER
Indicates an imminently hazardous situation
that, if not avoided, will result in death or serious
injury.
WARNING
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that,
if not avoided, could result in death or serious
injury.
CAUTION
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation that,
if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate
injury.
NOTICE
Indicates potential risks of damage to the
supported product (or to other property).
IMPORTANT
Indicates information or content that is
particularly important from the stand point of
operating or maintaining the instrument.
Indicates a high-voltage hazard.
Failure to verify safety or improper handling of
the instrument could lead to an electric shock,
burn, or death.
Indicates the presence of a hazard caused by a
strong magnet.
The e󰀨ects of the magnetic force can cause
abnormal operation of heart pacemakers and/or
medical electronics.
Indicates an action that must not be performed.
Indicates an action that must be performed.
