3.6 Resistance Measurement
Resistance is measured.
To measure the low resistance accurately, it is necessary to cancel
the resistance of the test leads. Perform zero adjustment for the
displayed value in advance. (p. 84)
WARNING
Turn o the power to the measuring circuit
before performing measurement.
Failure to do so could cause electric shock or damage
to the instrument.
NOTICE
Check the specication of the object to be
measured in advance.
Failure to do so could damage the object to be
measured. The open terminal voltage is approximately
2.0 V DC or less.
