Electrostatic Capacity
Measurement
The capacity of the capacitor is measured.
For components on a circuit board, measurement may not be
possible due to the eect of the peripheral circuit.
WARNING
Turn o the power to the measuring circuit
before performing measurement.
Failure to do so could cause electric shock or damage
the instrument.
Do not measure the capacitor which has
been charged.
Doing so can cause the capacitor to explode, resulting
in bodily injury or damage to the instrument.
Also accurate measurement cannot be performed.
