5.7.4 IP DSCP Mapping
[ Switching > QoS/Priority > IP DSCP Mapping ]
The device transmits IP data packets according to the DSCP value contained in the data packet
with a higher or lower priority.
In this dialog, you assign a traffic class to every DSCP value. You assign the traffic classes to the
priority queues of the ports.
Table
DSCP value
Displays the DSCP value.
Traffic class
Specifies the traffic class which is assigned to the DSCP value.
Possible values:
0..7
0
assigned to the priority queue with the lowest priority.
7
assigned to the priority queue with the highest priority.
