7.5.6 Ink leakage/blowout
NOTICE
・Do not repeat the nozzle backwash procedure more than two times.
If it is repeated to an excess, the ink becomes thin, thereby
incurring disordered prints.
If the ink is thin and disordered prints are encountered, replace
the ink.
Ink ejection and ink stop during recovery shall be initiated from
the ink ejection and non-wash stop menus on the circulation
control screen

Is the ink stream bent,
dislocated from the
gutter, or brought into
contact with the gutter
edge?
Clean the orifice place
with the intensifier.
Clean the orifice plate
and the inside and outside of
the nozzle head cover with the
makeup ink, and then allow
them to thorou

Is the ink stream bend
corrected?
Execute the nozzle
backwash function.
Is the ink stream bend
corrected?
Remove the orifice plate
from the nozzle, subject it
to ultrasonic cleaning, and
put it back on the nozzle.
Adjust the ink stream position
so as to place the ink stream at
the center of the gutter.
Resume the
