3.3.3 EZJ95 board (I/O board)
[Function]
 - The I/F signal with the conveyer is connected.
Output signal: ready, fault, warning, printing-in-progress/printing-completed, on-line
Input signal: print target detector, printing stop, reverse direction printing,
encoder (for product speed matching)
[Setting of switch/check point/LED display and the like]

[SW1]
Switching that the output of the ready output signal is effective/ineffective is set.
Setting of switch Ready output status
When this setting is employed, the ready output signal is enabled.
The path between the TB2 terminals opens or closes depending on
whether the IJ printer is ready.
When the NC contact (break contact) is used, the ready output
signal is disabled. The path between TB2 terminals opens as
shown in the table at below no matter whether the IJ printer is
ready.
When the NO contact (make contact) is used, the ready output
signal is disabled. The path between TB2 terminals 1 and 3
opens and the path between TB2 terminals 2 and 3 closes
as shown in the table at below regardless of whether the
IJ printer is ready.

SW2 Set content Default
Bit 1 Setting is performed according to the specification of OFF
Bit2 the encoder. (Refer to the setting by types of the OFF
Bit3 specification described below.) OFF
Bit4 OFF
Bit5 Power to the printed matter sensor from the IJ printer is set.
When supplying the power from the IJ printer: set to ON
When supplying the power from the external dedicated power
supply: set to OFF
ON
Bit6 Backup (set to OFF) OFF
Bit7 Backup (set to OFF) OFF
Bit8 Backup (set to OFF) OFF
When supplying power from the IJ printer : Set as shown in the following table
depending on the output form of the rotary encoder.
