Calibration Equipment and Gases
The use of calibration gas cylinders other than those specified by Honeywell may
result in unsafe calibration or possible non-recoverable failure of the equipment, and
will invalidate the warranty.
A demand flow regulator must be used with all calibration gas cylinder connections.
The module inlet should not be pressurized.

product, contact Honeywell or an authorized distributor, or visit the Order Information
section of the product website at sps.honeywell.com.
For BW Ultra sticky gases CL
2
, NO
2
, and HCN calibration is available in all bays. For
Ammonia (NH
3
) the calibration is available. However, it requires a wait period of 15 minutes
between calibrations and all the nests used in gang should be for BW Ultra. If it is not the
case, it is highly recommended to perform calibration for NH
3
only on the first bay. For this
reason, when NH
3
, Ammonia is set on bays 2 to 5 a warning will be displayed as .
Other sticky gases not mentioned here are not available to be calibrated in BW Ultra using
IntelliDox.
Other products are not set to calibrate sticky gases but BW Solo that includes NH3, CL2,
NO2, HCL and HF.
