Solve problems checklist
If you are experiencing problems with the product, use the following checklist to identify the cause of
the problem:

Is the product connected to power?
●
Is the product on?
●
Is the product in the Ready state?
●
Are all necessary cables connected?
●
Are any lights flashing or do any messages appear on the control panel?
●
Are genuine HP supplies installed?
●
Was a recently replaced toner cartridge installed correctly, and was the pull tab on the cartridge
removed?

Menu map
Print a menu map
1. Press the OK button.
2. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Reports menu, and then press the OK button to select it.
3. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Menu Structure item, and then press the OK button to
print the menu map.
4. Press the Cancel button to exit the menus.
