7.3 Maintenance
Factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, PH, dust, oscillation, internal component aging, wear
and tear will give rise to the occurrence of potential faults. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct daily
maintenance to the controller.
If MONT20 has been transported for a long distance, check whether the components of the
controller are complete and the screws are well tightened.
Periodically clean the dust inside MONT20 and check whether the screws are loose.
Only a trained and qualified professional person can maintain the controller.
The maintenance personnel must remove the metal jewelry before maintenance. Clothing and tools that meet
insulation requirements must be used for maintenance.
High voltage exists when the controller is powered up or running.
Checking and maintaining can only be done after AC power of MONT20 is cut off and wait at least 10 minutes.
For MONT20 with more than 2 years storage, please use voltage regulator to increase the input voltage gradually.
Do not leave wires, tools, screws and other mental objects inside MONT20.
Do not modify the inside of the controller without authorization.
There are IC components sensitive to static electricity inside MONT20, please do not touch them directly.
Daily Maintenance
MONT20 must be operated in specified environment, refers to section 2.3, on page 5.
Please do the daily maintenance work according to the following table, so as to find abnormal
phenomena in time and extend the service life of the MONT20.
