When installing the dehumidifier, verify that the air intake vent faces the cold aisle (as shown
by A in Figure A-7), and the air exhaust vent faces the hot aisle (as shown by B in Figure
A-7).

Step 5 Connect the dehumidifier drainpipe.
The dehumidifier drainpipe is a hose. The bending diameter of the drainpipe must be
greater than or equal to 60 mm; otherwise, water may fail to be drained.
The specifications of the three-way valve, PVC pipe, female adapter, and male plug must
meet the requirements of the drainage pipe of the smart cooling product.
1. Route the dehumidifier drain pipe delivered with the dehumidifier out of the cabinet
through the dehumidifier water outlet, as shown by (5) in Figure A-7.
2. Cut through the main drainpipe of the equipment room smart cooling product using a
handsaw.
3. Route the dehumidifier drainpipe out of the other end of the cabinet, and connect it to the
smart cooling product drainpipe in the equipment room, as shown in Figure A-11.
Ensure that the angle between the drainpipe and the ground is greater than 30 degrees, and verify that the
pipe length is appropriate to avoid pressure from the floor.
