Tipping device
When the tipping device or the loading shovel is in operation, do not touch moving parts or
reach between them. "Danger to life".
During the operation of the tipping device, no other person may stay in the swivel range (see
chapter 4.5 Danger zone tipping device) of the tipping device, the loading shovel and under
the lifted bin. "Danger to life".
It is forbidden to climb on or into the bin to be tipped or into the loading shovel.
"Danger to life".
Only use bins which are suitable for the tipping device. Care must be taken that the bin has
been correctly inserted into the holding device and is firmly seated.
If a tipping device is installed, it can only be operated with the appropriate hand valve and se-
lector switch or the electric push-button.
During maintenance work, the system must be disconnected from the mains and secured
against reconnection by closing the main switch with a personal padlock. Before starting
work, the tipping device must be moved into the lower position. Furthermore, the hydraulic
system must be depressurized.
Incorrect operation on portable waste compactors with skip loader:
In order to avoid damage to the tipping shafts of skip type compactors, the chain length must
be set to a bolt height of 950 mm before the take-up.
The number of chain links can be found in the operating instructions of the manufacturer of
the skip loader.
