8.3 Installation in generally accessible areas
If the tipping device (if existing) is operated in generally accessible places, appropriate safety
measures must be taken for each individual case. It is forbidden to stay within the swivelling
area or under the lifted bin, when the tipping device is in operation.
DANGER!
If the compactor is installed in generally accessible places, it must be ensured
that an unauthorized person cannot operate it. (For example, lock the main
switch with a padlock, turn off the keyswitch - if existing - and remove the
key, disconnect from the main power supply and ensure that it cannot be re-
connected by unauthorized persons).
