15 Maintenance
General information
According to the accident prevention regulations (UVV) and the BetrSichV (Industrial Safety
Regulation), regular inspections and / or inspections must be carried out by an authorized,
qualified person.
DANGER!
Only trained and qualified staff is allowed to carry out maintenance and repair work
on the machine.
Persons assigned to work on the system must have read and understood the operating
instructions and, in particular, the safety instructions, and be in the proper mental and
physical condition.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in danger to life and limb and / or dam-
age to the machine or other property.
DANGER!
Improper work on the machine can cause hazards due to electrical voltages.
• Work on the electrical supply and equipment must only be carried out by a
qualified electrician!
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS before working on the machine
•
Bring main switch to "OFF" position!
•
Secure main switch against restart! (use personal padlock)
•
Pull out the mains plug!
•
Attach a suitable safety note to prevent it from being
switched on again!
DANGER!
If the mains plug is not disconnected, the supply line of the machine is still live up to
the main switch.
•
When working on the supply line, the mains plug must be pulled out!
DANGER!
After completion of the maintenance work, a functional test must be carried out on all
EMERGENCY STOP buttons and safety switches.
