The compactor is started and by pressing the hand valve and the
two-hand selector button, the tipping device is first moved com-

cotter pin. Next, the chain is struck to the lid opener of the tipping
device. Now the compactor is ready to be fed by the tipping device.
Operate lid and tipping device
First, the appropriate bin is positioned into the tipping device.
Attention! Due to bin tolerances for 1,1 m³ and 770 litre bins
according to DIN EN 840 with round sliding lid, it is necessary
to check the opening angle of the round lid during tipping.
By actuating the hand valve and the two-hand selector button, the
bin can now be moved up and down.
Upward movement:
When operating the hand valve up and the two-hand selector switch, the lift-tilt cylinder will
stop and lift the bin. In its highest position, the bin is emptied and and the material falls into
the compactor. The ram pushes the material into the container.
Downward movement:
By pressing the hand valve down and actuating the two-hand selector button, the bin is low-
ered. In the lowest position, the bin can be removed again from the tipping device.
Prepare lid and tipping device for transport

when the tipping device closes the lid and inserted into the device and secured laterally on the
lid or on the vertical section of the portable compactor (cotter pin). Then the connecting chain
to the lid opener is disassembled and hung on the press. Then the engine is started. By actuat-
