Emergency stop button:
If there is a risk of operating the compactor, immediately press the "EMERGENCY STOP"
button to stop the machine.
Key switch (option):
By means of the "key switch", the control voltage of the machine can be activated. In "0" po-
sition, the key can be removed and the machine thus secured against unauthorized use.
ON button:
With the button "ON" the compaction process can be started. The compaction process will run
for a set time (1 - 30 minutes) and is then stopped or after pressing the EMERGENCY STOP
button. Continuous operation is not permitted.
Container 75% full (option):
If a filling of approx. 75% is achieved in the container, the "Container pre-full 75%" indica-
tion lights up.
If the system continues to be charged, it may happen that the ram stops penetrating into the
container and retracts early. Now the container has to be emptied.
Container full (option):
If the container reaches a filling of 100%, the "Container full" indication lights up. The ma-
chine is switched off automatically. The container must be emptied.
Before being transported away for emptying, the machine is switched off by pressing the
EMERGENCY STOP button. Turn off the main switch and padlock it. Then remove the cable
from the Cekon plug by pulling it out. If existing, pull out the plug of the remote controls and
set it aside properly.
