Locking mechanism closed; ratchet secured
Pull out the cotter pin
Unscrew the ratchet out of the safety device
Turn the ratchet to the "release" position
Use the ratchet to open the door. The door is
secured by the catch hook.
Turn the ratchet to the "close" position
