• All securing parts, such as cotter and split pins, must be checked for proper seating.
• Missing parts such as cotter pins, bolts or screws may only be replaced by original
spare parts from the manufacturer.
• All screws and hydraulic fittings have to be retightened after the first 10 working
hours and after that they have to be checked monthly and retightened if necessary.
For hydraulic hoses, an annual check for safe working condition is required. The test
must be carried out by a qualified person. It must be checked whether damage to the
outer jacket such as cracks, kinks, cuts, delaminations, chafing, embrittlement, etc.
can be detected. It must also be checked whether deformations occur on the hose in
the unpressurised or pressurized state. Any damage found must be remedied immedia-
tely.
WARNING!
The oil cooler may start unexpectedly, if no emergency stop is activated.
WARNING!
The hydraulic hoses must be replaced every 6 years (including 2 years storage).
WARNING!
Hydraulic oil is flammable. If the oil is sprayed under pressure, the flammability in-
creases.

Remove and replace oil-soaked protective covers immediately!
WARNING!
There is a risk of slipping on the floor around the machine if hydraulic oil or
lubricants have been spilled or leaked out.
Clean the floor immediately if dirty! Dispose of the cleaning cloths, binders,
etc. immediately in a designated collection container.
