Software on your DVR includes all of the features in the remote playback software
application you install on your PC. There are only a few differences. The most
signicantdifferenceiswiththelivemonitorandlivestatusmodeswhichareonly
available locally on the DVR itself. Unless otherwise noted all playback software
features apply to local operation as well as remote playback.
PART II is designed to help you identify and understand the purpose and func-
tion of software features at an overview level. It does not provide the degree of
depth found in the online help. Any different information in your online help will
supersede this manual.
