3.2 Shutdown and start-up procedures
3.2.1 General table
NOTE A shutdown of any length can be transformed into a series of
short stops provided that the printer is operated daily, with the
jet running, for at least one hour.

Rinse the head and conduit assembly.

ON/OFF daily.
ON/OFF + refresh (5 mins).

ON/OFF daily + operate jet for 1 hour.

Rinse the printer automatically with the
draining/rinsing tool.

OR
Rinse the printer manually (once).

Replace the ink filter cartridge and refill
with ink.
See page 91.
Drain, exchange the ink filter cartridge and
refill with ink.

Shutdown for
