Bladder slipped out of pressing sleeve
• Press sleeve was not pressed
correctly
• Strong force
Visual inspection of the condition of the
pressing sleeve and the respective
bladder.
Repress bubble
➔ "...mount bubble"
➔ "Mounting the axial movement
mechanism"
• Compressed air too high
Checking the outlet pressure of the
respective pressure reducer on the
hose reel with external pressure gauge.
Replace defective pressure reducer or
set correct outlet pressure.
Axial muscle: 3.5 bar
Bubbles 2.0 bar
Hub: 6.0 bar
Bladder ruptured
• Strong force
• Bladder operated outside a pipe
• Compressed air too strong
• Bladder worn out
