7. Now carefully guide the rotary unit into
the housing using the threaded rods.
8. Finally, remove the heat shrink tube
completely and remove the M3 screws
used for assembly.
1. If the rotary unit sits in the housing
without any tension and all the wires can
be moved freely, the first four M2.5
cylinder screws can be tightened using
Loctite "blue".
2. Then remove the threaded pins and
mount the last 2 screws using Loctite
"blue".
3. For gluing the disc grinding ring, apply
two small dots of superglue
(Loctite 406 or glass fibre fixing adhesive
made by Katimex) on the unit adapter.
4. Place the disc grinding ring in the rotary
unit housing and place a weight on it.
Caution
Pull the heat shrink tube simultaneously so
that the wires are not jammed or squeezed.
