3. Now press the part into the gearbox
adapter.
4. Then insert the two spacer sleeves such
that they lie exactly over each other and
the openings are pointing towards the
cable entry.
5. Insert the gearbox cover such that the
cable entry openings are on top of each
other.
6. Turn the entire part around and
assemble it together using 4
M2.5x10mm cylinder screws. Apply
Loctite "blue" to the screws before
mounting them.
Caution
Only the holes 2 and 4 are required in each
group of five.
Caution
Now test if the component is working smoothly. For this purpose, hold the gearbox adapter in your hand
and turn it using the output flange. There should not be any resistance, scraping or grinding. The ball
bearing has to run very evenly and smoothly.
Caution
The gearbox bearing has to be absolutely
straight and sit completely in the adapter.
