4. Now push the second grooved ball
bearing onto the gearbox shaft.
5. Route the supply cable in the gap
between the motor adapter and brush
ring up to the cable outlet.
Protect the cable additionally with PU
hose in the area of the hold-down
device screw.
6. Slide the bearing flange onto the
grooved ball bearing and mount it to the
motor adapter using three M2.5x8
cylinder screws and Loctite "blue".
7. Carry out a test run for at least 30 min.
with 3V.
The current should not exceed 0.5A.
Caution
Push the ball bearing straight and evenly as
fas as it goes.
