Checking the entire cable routing
1. Fill up with approx. 1.5 bar nitrogen via
the nitrogen filling valve on the front
distributor.
If the pressure does not hold and nitrogen
escapes, this area can be found using the
"ECO Leak Finder"
. Systematically check each nitrogen-carrying
component step by step.
Testing with the test cable
The test cable can be used to check the
insulation of the individual strands among each
other or to the housing.
1. Connect the test cable to the rear
distributor.
Caution
The filled pressure must be
hold for at least 1 hour without loss.
Tip
It has been shown that the screw connections leak
most frequently. Therefore, start searching in these
areas.
