When the called extension is busy and there is no answer queue or it is full, the following message will appear on the
terminal display:
Busy extension
If the busy extension is a terminal, the terminal will display for 3 seconds the following message:
Notication message that extension X called
If the extension does not have an external call category, when attempting this type of access a message followed by a beep
will be displayed on the terminal screen.
External call denied
If the route lines are blocked for external access the message followed by a beep will be:
All lines on the route are busy
4.4. Recall
The recall, either internal or external, can be performed by pressing the Recall key in two situations:
» When the called extension is unanswered, the recall is made over the call tone.
» When the called extension is busy, the recall is made over the busy tone.
