7.6. Always forward
Options for this menu:
» Always to extension: ll in the number of the desired extension.
» Always to external number: select the Route and ll in the eld with the desired external number.
» Always to VoIP: ll in the eld with the desired VoIP number.
» Always to group: choose the extension’s group number.
» Always to voice mail: press the Ok key to conrm. A conrmation message will be displayed.
» Cancel forwarding always: a conrmation message will be displayed. Press the
Ok
selection key to conrm the
programming.
7.7. Direct external call forwarding
The terminal can be blocked from receiving external calls directly through DDR or auto attendant. In the case of not
accepting them, you can program a forwarding to an extension or external number.
Options for this menu:
» If busy to extension: choose the extension number.
» If busy to external number: select the route and ll in the eld with the desired external number.
» If busy to VoIP: ll in the eld with the desired VoIP number.
» If busy to extension group: choose the extension’s group number.
» If busy to voice mail: press the
Ok
key to conrm.
» Cancel direct external call forwarding: a conrmation message will be displayed. Press the
Ok
selection key to
conrm the setting.
7.8. Padlock
The terminal can be programmed not to make external calls, blocking the selected type of call (landline or mobile).
The extension with the programmed padlock feature will receive an internal dial tone with warning (continuous tone
followed by beeps every second).
To program any type of padlock:
1. Press the
Menu
key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for
Features
and press the
Ok
key;
3. Search for
Padlock
using the and keys and press the
Ok
key;
4. Search for the desired padlock option:
» DDI Padlock.
» DDD Padlock.
» Regional Padlock.
» Local Padlock.
» DDI Cell Phone Padlock.
» DDD Cell Phone Padlock.
» Regional Cell Phone Padlock.
» Local Cell Phone Padlock.
» Total Padlock.
» Cancel All Padlocks.
5. For each of the options, except the last, you can choose between
Enable or Disable
the lock by positioning the cursor
with the keys and pressing the
Ok
key. After the option, the screen returns to the choice of another padlock typeo;
6. To cancel all padlocks, select the
Cancel all padlocks
option and press the
Ok
selection key to conrm the setting.
Note: The padlock can be enabled and disabled through a programmable key on the terminal, congured to do so.
In this case, only the total option is executed and if Extension Password programming is active, the password will be
requested.
