7.2. Enable extension password for access to the Features sub menu and actions menu
This programming denes whether or not the terminal should require the extension password to access the
Programming
Features
submenu and the
Actions
menu.
How to access:
1. Press the
Menu
key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for
Features
and press the
Ok
key;
3. Search for
Extension Password
using the and keys and press the
Ok
key;
4. Search for
Enable/Disable
Password using the and keys and press the
Ok
key;
5. If the option is activation and the password is not programmed, the password registration screen will appear.;
6. The password must be programmed rst before activating the password for access to the main menu.
Factory default:
password disabled.
7.3. Forwarding
The user can program an extension or an external telephone to answer the calls in the periods when he can’t or prefers
not to answer them.
1. Press the
Menu
key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for
Features
and press the
Ok
key;
3. Search for Forwarding using the and , keys and press the
Ok
key;
4. Use the andkeys to view the forwarding options:
» If busy.
» If is no answer.
» Always.
» External direct call.
7.4. Forward if busy
Options for this menu:
» If busy for extension: choose the extension number.
» If busy for external number: select the route and ll in the eld with the desired external number.
» If busy for VoIP: ll in the eld with the desired VoIP number.
» If busy for extension group: choose the extension’s group number.
» If busy for voice mail: press the
Ok
key to conrm.
» Cancel forwarding if busy: a conrmation message will be displayed. Press the
Ok
selection key to conrm the
setting.
7.5. Forward if not answered
Options for this menu:
» If no answer to extension: select the eld with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before being
forwarded and ll in the desired extension number.
» If no answer to external number: select the eld with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before
being forwarded , select the Route and ll in the eld with the desired external number.
» If no answer to VoIP: select the eld with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before being diverted
and ll in the eld with the desired VoIP number.
» If no answer to extension group: select the eld with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before
it is forwarded and ll in the extension’s group number.
» If no answer to voice mail: select the eld with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before being
forwarded. Press the YES selection key to conrm the setting.
» Cancel forwarding if no answer: a conrmation message will be displayed. Press the
Ok
selection key to conrm
the setting.
