Congure the route for outgoing calls from the calls menu
Through this option, you dene a route to make calls to the numbers registered in the Calls service .
1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Call Conguration and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Route Cong . and enter the desired route. Press the Ok key to conrm.
Factory default: general PABX routing .
10.11. Account code conguration
If a user of an extension with Smart Terminal uses an account code for his calls, he can leave the account and, if desired,
the password congured to make calls through the programmable keys, the phone book, and the Calls service. To use the
account code, you must activate the service, and dene the account and/or password to be used in the PABX programming
software.
Setting up the account code and password
To congure the account code follow the following procedure:
1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features by using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Account Code and press the Ok key;
4. Select the Congure option and press the Ok key;
5. Fill in the account number and password, using the numeric keypad. Then, press the Ok key to conrm the programming;
6. To cancel the change and keep the previous information, press the key.
Attention: you can activate the account code on the terminal and not program the account and/or password. In this case,
when dialing, a screen will appear requesting both the code and the password. This will also happen when you program
just the account, when dialing you will be prompted for the password.
Activating the account code
To enable the use of account code for calls made from the TI, follow the procedure:
1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features by using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Account Code and press the Ok key;
4. Select the Enable/Disable option and press the Ok key;
5. To cancel the change and keep the previous information, press the key .
10.12. Capture key
Allows you to congure the Capture key for a specic type of capture:
» General: captures a ringing call from any extension.
» Extension: captures a call from a specic extension.
» Group: captures a call from a group.
» Parking: captures a call that was placed in the parking lot.
» Boss/Secretary: captures a ringing call from an extension that is part of the Boss/Secretary group. Only extensions that
are part of this group can use it.
» Operator: picks up a ringing or queued call from an operator extension dened as extension 9.
» Call on hold: captures a call that is on hold.
To congure the capture key, proceed as follows:
1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Prole by using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Capture Key and press the Ok key;
4. Select one of the options listed above and press the Ok key .
