Re-read Delay
This sets the time period before the imager can read the same bar code a second time. Setting a
proper re-read delay time protects against accidental re-reads of the same bar code. Use shorter
delays in applications where repetitive bar code scanning is required.
Several commonly used re-read delay menu command barcodes are included below. Use the
command DLYRERD x (where ‘x’ is a value between 50 and 30.000 in milliseconds), or by
building a menu command barcode that includes such a value.
Default time = 0.75 seconds.
Note: Re-read Delay only works when in Presentation Mode.
