Adjusting the Needle Drop Position (Back or Forth)
1. Set the moving head to needle bar No. 3 (see “Needle
bar number setting” of the instruction book).
Push the needle bar No. 3 down to engage the needle
bar clutch.
2. Turn the handwheel until the needle goes down into the
needle hole.
Loosen the setscrews (2 pcs.). Adjust the needle drop
position adjusting plate. Center the needle drop position
in the needle hole.
3. Adjust the hook timing (see page 41).
