Adjusting the Bobbin Thread Holder
1. Remove the setscrews A (2pcs.) and needle plate.
2. Place the bobbin thread between the dynamic cutter
blade and bobbin thread holder. Close the dynamic
cutter blade to clamp the bobbin thread.
3. Loosen the nut and turn the adjusting screw to adjust
the clamping pressure.
4. Pull the bobbin thread with a tension gauge and read
the tension when the bobbin thread is coming out.
The tension should be 20 to 30 grams-force.
Check the tension several times.
5. Tighten the nut while holding the adjusting screw in
place.
6. Attach the needle plate with the setscrews A (2pcs.).
