4.9 CHECK OF THE 5VDC POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE
" : Multimeter, Medium ! at and Phillips screwdriver, scissors.

i : Incorrect power supply may cause the following malfunctions:
1. After turning the machine on, the machine shows error C10810
2. After turning the machine on, the machine shows error C10811
3. Turning the machine on, the machine does not show anything.
TO CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY
Power up the unit and access the “Service Menu”.
Ø Enter the “C-110” mode.
Ø Make sure that the voltage shown by the display is 5VDC ± .01
IMPORTANT! The power supply value is not adjustable.
4.10 CHECK AND REPLACEMENT OF THE INTEGRATED DISPLAY

calibration tool, electronic or spirit inclinometer, scissors.

i : The defective Integrated Dispaly may show malfunctions caused by power supply section, controller section or
display section:
POWER SUPPLY SECTION
1. Turning the machine on, the display does not show anything.
2. Turning the balancer on, the display shows 001032
3. Turning the balancer on, the display shows 001033
4. Turning the balancer on, the display shows 001034
5. Turning the balancer on, the display shows 001035
6. After the wheel spin the display shows error 001080
7. After the wheel spin the display shows error 001081
8. After the wheel spin the display shows error 001082
CONTROLLER SECTION
1. After the balancing cycle the machine show error with module 81.
2. After the balancing cycle the machine show error with module C10.
3. After turning the machine on, the balancer emits the beep sequence S
P1.
4. After the balancing cycle the machine emit the beep sequence S S P1 .
5. After the balancing cycle the machine emit the beep sequence S.
6. The balancer chases weight.
7. Balancer does not spin the wheel.
8. The balancer does not stop the wheel.
9. Lowering the wheel guard, the display shows E2.
10. The 2D sape arm does not remain calibrated.
DISPLAY SECTION
1. Turning the balancer on one or more LEDs are off.
2. Turning the balancer on, the display shows error 001010
3. Turning the balancer on the display shows error E89.
TO CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY SECTION:
Ø Check for system messages. After that:
Ø Check with C55 for error codes 001032 - 33 - 34 - 35.
Ø Check with C110 for error codes 001080 - 81 - 82.
Ø Turn the balancer off and remove the weight tray.
Ø Check the fuses from the entry power module .
Ø Check the on-board fuses F1 and F2
Ø Check all connectors and cables for damage
Ø Do check if both (big) motor capacitors in the Integrated Dispaly are connected properly.
