Ø Remove the 13mm nut holding the potentiometer to the frame.
Ø Install potentiometer onto bracket and tighten 13mm nut.
Ø Install cog wheel onto potentiometer shaft and hand. Tighten nut.
Ø Attach SAPE harness to Processor Board.
Ø Turn on the machine
Ø Run service code C80, C81, C122, C82 for SAPE calibration.
Ø Mount the weight tray.
Ø Check if the machine works fine.
4.25 CHECK AND REPLACEMENT OF THE WEIGHT LASER BOARD
" : Medium and big philip screwdriver, 5mm wrench, Voltmeter.

i : Defective hood switch may cause the following malfunctions:
1. The laser pointer does not work.
2. Turning the balancer on, the display show E50X (when C120 is 1).
3. The laser pointer is on, but it does not move.
TO CHECK THE BOARD
Ø Check with service code123.
Ø Turn the machine off and disconnect the power supply.
Ø Remove the weight tray.
Ø Check if the board si correctly supplied at 230VAC.
TO REPLACE THE BOARD
Ø Turn off the balancer.
Ø Disconnect the balancer fro power supply.
Ø Disconnect all connectors from the board.
Ø Remove the board from the cabinet.
Ø Mount the new board.
