4.20 CHECK AND REPLACEMENT OF THE POWER CLAMP NUT AND TIE ROD
" : Medium Phillips and ! at screwdriver, 5 and mm allen key, 13mm wrench tire lever, scissors.

i : Defective power clamp may cause the following malfunctions:
1. E14 after the wheel clamping.
2. The balancer shows 001090 after wheel clamping
3. The balancer shows 001091 after wheel unclamping.
5. The balancer shows 001094
6. The balancer shows 001095
7. The balancer shows error code E21
8. Wheel sleapage.
TO CHECK AND REPL ACE THE POWER CLAMP
Ø Diconnect the power supply from the machine.
Ø Remove the weight tray.
Ø Unscrew the 2 screws that secure the ! ange to the vibratory system.
Ø Turn the ring to match its holes with screws head
Ø Place the tire lever between the ring and the ! ang and push until to have the ! ange unlocked.
