BALANCER COMPONENTS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
The balancer is manufactured with the following main components:
Ø INTEGRATED PANEL
Ø VIBRATORY ASSEMBLY
Ø BRAKING SYSTEM
Ø SAPE ARM
Ø SONAR
Ø LASER POINTER
3.2 INTEGRATED DISPLAY PANEL ASSEMBLY
The Integrated display panel is a multifunctional device used to make running the Vibratory System and consists in
a unique electronic board that intgrates Controller, Power Supply and Display. This integrated board allows an easier
maintenance because it consist in a single board that includes more functions and easy software installation or upda-
te, since it can be done via MMC/SD card.
Software installation or update on all kind of balancers with new integrated board can be done with a unique MMC/SD
card because the software downloading is automatically performed according to the type of keyboard installed on the
balancer.
The Integrated Panel controls:
• Power supply 5 VDC.
• Potentiometers.
• Keypad.
• Motor capacitors.
• Motor.
• Sonar.
• Weight Laser pointer
The Integrated Panel contains a processor and the memory on which is running the Kernel or BK.
The Kernel is the group of instructions that allow to the wheel balancer to perform the balancing operations
