E10 Sape Out During wheel spin
Complaint After the lowering the wheel guard, the balancer does not spin the wheel and E10 comes up.
Root cause Gauge arm removed from idle position during wheel spin.

Actions to do
Reposition SAPE arm in home position and press STOP or ESC key to continue.
Calibrate the distance potentiometer.
Re-connect the distance potentiometer to the Integrated Display.
Replace the distance potentiometer
Replace the Integrated Display.
E11 Gauge arm not in home position
Complaint After turning on the balancer show E11.
Root cause
Inner SAPE gauge arm not in home position.
Weight tray not properly placed.
Distance potentiometer not calibrated.
Distance potentiometer disconnected from the Integrated Display.
Difective distance potentiometer cable.
Defective distance potentiometer.
Defective Integrated Display.

Actions to do
