E28 The rotating speed of the main shaft exceeds the safety limit
Complaint During the balancing the screen shows E28 and then the wheel is stopped
Root cause The main shaft is rotating at higher speed compared to the expectetionof the microprocessor

Actions to do
Make sure about the proper adjustment of the wheel guard switch.
Check the proper connection of the wheel guard wires and connector
Check the plugs, connectors and cables concern the motor and encoder.
Check the position reading of encoder by C74.
E29 Wheel guard is not closed
Complaint
After the lowering the wheel guard the balancer does not spin the wheel and E29 comes up.
After the lowering the wheel guard, pressing the “START” button the balancer does not spin
the wheel and E29 comes up.
Root cause
Wheel guard switch disconnected form the Integrated display.
Wheel guard switch cable not well ! tted to the connector.
Defective or broken wheel guard switch.
Wheel guard switch loose.
Wheel guard cam switch loose
Wheel guard switch cam not well adjusted.
Defective Integrated Display
Service Code C56
Actions to do
Go to C56 to check the switch status.
Connect the wheel guard switch to the Integrated display.
Check the wheel guard cable ! tting to its connector.
Replace the wheel guard switch.
Secure the wheel guard switch.
Adjust and secure the wheel guard switch cam.
Replace the Integrated display Panel.
