(2) Removal of the main shaft motor and coupling
WARNING :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.
Procedures of disassembling
1. Removal of the main shaft motor together with coupling
Loosen the two setscrews

on the main shaft side of the coupling

(Caution) Turn the main shaft

in the direction of forward rotation

seen rst is the No. 1 screw. Loosen the screws, starting with the No. 2 screw. Tightening
should be done, starting with the No. 1 screw.
