4.12.2 Rail guided trucks (o)
Operating a rail-guided truck in a narrow aisle
Procedure
• Drive slowly up to the rack aisle until the truck is
aligned with the aisle.
• Note the markings attached along the route (e.g. aisle
centre line).
• Slowly travel forward while ensuring that the guide
wheels (39) of the truck align with the side rails (38)
of the rack aisle.
