7 CANCODE keypad (o)
CANCODE keypad
The keypad consists of 10 digit keys, a Set key and a o
key.
The O key indicates the follow operating statuses via a red
/ green LED:
– Code lock function (starting up the truck)
– Setting and changing parameters.
7.1 Code lock
When the correct code is entered, the truck is ready for use. You can allocate an in-
dividual code to each truck, driver or group of drivers. When the truck is supplied from
the factory, the CANCODE operator code (o) (factory setting2-5-8-0) is indicated on
a removable sticker. Change the master and user codes the first time you use the
truck!
Commissioning
When the isolator is switched on the LED (65) turns red. When you enter the correct
operator code the LED (65) turns green. If the wrong code is entered LED (65) flashes
red for two seconds. You can then enter the code again. The Set key (64) has no
function in operating mode.
Switching the truck off
Press the O key (63) to switch off the truck. This can be set to a fixed interval. To do
this the relevant code lock parameters must be entered, (see "Parameter Settings"
on page 67).
