Pressure regulator with filter
The pressure regulator reduces the discharge pressure to the required working pressure of the con‐
sumers.

4.3 Operating modes and control modes
4.3.1 Operating modes
There are two operating modes:
■ LOAD:
The compressor block delivers compressed air.
The compressor motor runs under full load.
■ STANDSTILL
No air is compressed. A check valve prevents compressed air flowing back into the compressor
chamber. The compressor block is vented.
The drive motor is stopped.
4.3.2 Control modes
■ Pressure switch:
According to the set switching points, the pressure switch toggles the machine between the op‐
erating modes LOAD and STANDSTILL.
